01 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the pd33 platform and all its services. When you register, log in, or use any service on pd33, you are considered to have voluntarily agreed to these Terms.

pd33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the website. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

This platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited.

02 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on pd33, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be legally allowed to participate in online gaming.
• You will operate the account on your own behalf and for personal purposes.
• You have not previously had an account closed by pd33.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. pd33 reserves the right to immediately close any account where false or misleading information is provided.

03 Account Security and Password

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You must notify pd33 immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account until you inform pd33 of a compromise.

pd33 uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information secure. However, complete internet security cannot be guaranteed, so taking precautions is your responsibility.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on pd33 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The same minimum applies across all payment methods. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

• Check for any applicable promotional codes or bonus offers at the time of deposit.
• Use only payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met for winnings derived from bonuses.
• pd33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in the event of suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). pd33 does not charge any currency conversion fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on pd33 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires 15x wagering. This means you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing bonus funds.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering calculations.
• A bonus cannot be used alongside multiple offers at the same time unless explicitly permitted.

5.3 VIP Program

pd33's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Players can be promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and loyalty. VIP benefits are at pd33's discretion and may change at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus fraud, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or any other irregular activity is detected, pd33 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

06 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

pd33 is committed to ensuring a fair and honest gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using any software, bots or automated methods.
• Exploiting game rules or system mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Attempting to steal or hack another user's account information.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug to gain an unfair advantage.

In the event of a breach of these Terms, pd33 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds.

07 Game Rules and Results

Each game has its own rules, which are detailed within the game. It is your responsibility to read the relevant rules before playing.

7.1 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or technical fault, pd33 will determine the result based on the game server logs. pd33's decision is final in the event of a technical fault.

7.2 Game Providers

pd33 offers games from world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game's outcome is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial and verifiable.

08 Responsible Gaming

pd33 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is for entertainment — not addiction. Stay aware of your own limits.

• Set a budget for yourself and stick to it.
• Do not chase losses by placing additional bets.
• Request a temporary account suspension if needed.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Intellectual Property and Brand Use

11 Limitation of Liability

pd33 provides services with reasonable care. However, pd33 is not responsible for:

• Losses caused by internet outages or technical faults on the part of third parties.
• Losses arising from your own actions or decisions.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by technical reasons.
• Any unforeseen event or circumstance beyond our control.

In the event of any dispute, pd33's decision shall be considered final, unless applicable law states otherwise.

12 Account Closure and Termination

12.1 By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

12.2 By pd33

pd33 may immediately suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• A serious breach of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Violation of applicable law.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute or complaint, please contact our customer service team first. Our support team is active 24/7 and provides assistance in Bengali.

After a complaint is submitted, pd33 will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. The relevant account or transaction may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

14 Changes to Terms

pd33 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

If you continue to use the platform after updated Terms are published, you will be considered to have accepted the new Terms.
